This is my second lease from Springfield Toyota. Due to my hectic work schedule and dealing with the insurance company and rental agency, my time constraint was limited. Freddy Zamorano was able to bring all the paperwork to my home because I could not get to the dealership in time. Not only was this process streamlined I was flabbergasted, dumbfounded, and perplexed at how simple the process was. Michael Nguyen played in a key role informing Toyota that my insurance company was paying off the last lease so that I could get into my new lease in time before the rental would expire.

I have to say Michael Nguyen and Yared Manalebih and his management staff including My Salesman Freddy Zamorano deserve all the credit in making this possible including the Finance Manager Kyu Jo who prepared all the paperwork necessary to be filled out.

Purchased my 2010 Tacoma new at Springfield Toyota. Have had all services done at the dealership and they have always provided top notch service and advice. My recent 30K mile service came in under the estimate they had provided. Great news at this time of year. I also got a bonus that was not planned on. A Craftsman 10 mm socket left on the firewall cowl. It provided a couple days of entertainment as it rolled from side-to-side during turns. Took me a few minutes to actually find the noisy tool but recovered it, no harm no foul.

"It was my first time purchasing from a dealership and I was worried that I would have to deal with a pushy salesman but instead It was the complete opposite. Oliver our salesperson was extremely patient and not at all aggressive with selling the car. He showed us the car we were interested, was honest and even noticed the tire a little low and fixed it immediately. He showed us our options and left the ultimate decision with us. I was impressed and he was very helpful and kind. When I buy another car I will definitely return here and work with Oliver. I highly recommend him to work with!"

I went recently with my dad to get the safety inspection done on my Prius. Apparently, the dealer's inspector leaves by 12 pm on Saturdays and I came after he had left.

We were being assisted by Ted and I explained to him that I was not told of this when I called earlier that day. He explained that was fine and offered to take my car across the street (maybe to the Shell down the street) to have the inspection done there. I felt really relieved by this quick resolution!

In the most recent Kay Jennings flyer, there was a "Meet it or Beat it" Special and I was able to use my coupons issued from Miller Toyota and Scion at Kay Jennings! It was wonderful!

I spoke with many helpful and resourceful team members such as Mr. Rocky Jones (he was exceptional) and all of the staff running the Customer Service lounge were great as well!

I hope to return for other service needs!
